Chicken, quinoa and broccoli purée
- 1/2 cup organic quinoa
- 1 1/2 cup water or bone broth
- 1 cup organic broccoli
- 1/2 cup organic chicken
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- Add all ingredients to a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer. Cook until chicken is cooked through and quinoa is tender. About 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Transfer to a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Adding more water or broth if required to reach the desired consistency.
