Please note: dairy is a common allergen so please ensure this has been safely introduced first.
- 3 cups of berry yogurt (coconut yoghurt also works if you would like a dairy free alternative)
- 1 cup frozen berries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp coconut
- Spread yogurt out in a thick layer on baking paper.
- Add berries and sprinkle over coconut.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Use a pizza cutter to slice into “bark.”
- Enjoy before it melts!
