Kūmara toast with Peanut Butter and Jam


  • Kūmara
  • Peanut butter (almond butter works great too!)
  • Raspberry Chia Jam (recipe can be found here)



  1. Slice kūmara into 5mm slices lengthwise.
  2. Place kūmara in toaster and toast until golden on the outside and soft in the middle.
  3. Spread with peanut butter and top with jam.
  4. Enjoy!
