Kūmara toast with Peanut Butter and Jam
- Peanut butter (almond butter works great too!)
- Raspberry Chia Jam (recipe can be found here)
- Slice kūmara into 5mm slices lengthwise.
- Place kūmara in toaster and toast until golden on the outside and soft in the middle.
- Spread with peanut butter and top with jam.
