Oat & Date Bars
Age: 12months +
- 1 cup dates, diced
- 3 x bananas, mashed
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup puffed rice / quinoa / buckwheat / amaranth (I used rice and amaranth)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Preheat oven to 180*C and line a baking tin with baking paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Pour into the baking tray and press firmly to smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden.
- Cool before cutting and enjoy!
