Oat & Date Bars

Age: 12months +

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates, diced
  • 3 x bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup puffed rice / quinoa / buckwheat / amaranth (I used rice and amaranth)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C and line a baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Pour into the baking tray and press firmly to smooth the top evenly.
  4. Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Cool before cutting and enjoy!
