Lamb, Amaranth + Rainbow Chard
Stage Three 8+ months: A modern chefs take on classic kiwi lamb roast. We work with proud Hawkes Bay farmers Ti Kouka, who produce the best lamb in NZ! After roasting the lamb shoulder we add rainbow chard, broccoli, peas and pumpkin, then to make sure its fit for a future foody in the making we add super foods amaranth, fenugreek and apricot. This is one funked up lamb roast baby!
Sourced from small, ethical organic farmers. Then nutritionally balanced by our nutritionist Larissa Beeby and cooked with love in small batches by our talented Chefs. Happy Eating xx
